Many people say that they would love to have more time to get some exercise but they don’t think that they have the time. Way #4 - Wash Your Car Yourself - If your car needs a good cleaning then you may want to consider washing your car yourself, which will help you to get a bit of activity while getting your car clean. You’ll save the money of a car wash and you’ll be able to get some great exercise too.
Way #5 - Swim - Swimming is actually one of the best exercises out there today and you can quickly burn calories with a good swim. All you need is a swim suit and you can go swimming in the ocean, in a local pool, or even a nearby river. It’s great for working out your entire body and is easy on the joints too.
Way #6 - Clean Your House - Cleaning your house is another great way to easily burn of some calories and get active. Just vacuuming, mopping, and scrubbing throughout your home for about an hour can help you burn off about 100-150 calories or even more. So, you’ll get the house looking great and get the blood pumping and calories burning too.
