Tip #1 - Always Take a Healthy Lunch - First of all, always makes sure that you take a healthy lunch with you to work. Sure, eating out can be fun, but usually when you eat out the foods available are not so healthy for you. The last thing you want to do is eat out on a regular basis and sabotage your fitness program. So, take a lunch with you to work that is very healthy to compliment the program you are on.

Going on a strict diet is not really the answer for most people but eating smaller amounts of all your foods is a great idea that will help you stay on track and lose weight.

Tip #4 - Add Nuts to Your Diet - Adding some nuts to your diet can help you out and compliment your fitness program as well. They help to provide you with great protein and oils that benefit the body and they are great for snacking.

Tip #5 - Drink Plenty of Water - Plenty of water is important to any fitness program. Instead of drinking sodas, coffee, or even juices, it’s a better idea to go with water. It keeps you hydrated and it has no calories in it either. So, it definitely compliments any fitness program.

Tip #6 - Start Eating Healthy Snacks - Eat snacks that are very healthy for you. Eliminate the junk food from your diet and eat snacks that are healthy, such as fruits, veggies, and crackers that are whole wheat.
