Way #5 - Skip the Doughnuts - Instead of going with doughnuts for breakfast, going with a piece of toast can save you big time. In fact, you can save 9+ grams of fat when you choose a healthier way to start off your day.
Way #6 - Stop Using Cream in Your Coffee - If you enjoy coffee, that’s find in itself, but if you are using a lot of cream, you can really be packing on the fat. Start using 2% or 1% milk in your coffee instead of cream and you’ll instantly be saving about 6 grams of fat, which is a nice way to cut fat easily.
