There is going to be a health and wellness event in Trappe, PA on Tuesday November 13th 2007.  The event will cover topics such as asthma allergies, arthritis, chronic fatigue, lupus, diabetes, fibromyalgia, autoimmune disorders, and aging.  A long list of items but worth the time to investigate if you struggle or if you know of someone that struggles with one or more of them.

What caught my eye is the byline to the event that says: “Come learn how today’s cutting edge nutrition can allow you to achieve a deeper state of health and wellness than you ever thought possible.”  That one I fully endorse and believe in.  We in fact, are what we eat.  Dr. Jane Lock, a licensed nutritionist is presenting the material for the evening.  I will be there too providing my own testimonial and insight into the benefits of a balanced nutritional intake each day.

The location for the event is:  Total Body Wellness, 379 West Main St, Trappe, PA 19426.  You can call me directly (see my bio) for directions or more information on this health and wellness event.  Hope to see you there!

What an event! There was a full house for the Health and Wellness event that occured last night in Trappe, PA. Total Body Wellness at 379 Main Street has a nice meeting area in the back of the building. People arrived around 7:15-7:30 and the event started at 7:45.

I had the honor of introducing Dr. Jane Lock. She has more than 16 years of clinical nutrition experience. Her presentation lasted about 50 minutes and concluded with a short Q&A period. People stayed afterward to ask questions one-on-one about nutrition, health, and supplementation. It was an excellent meeting and I thank Dr. Lock for allowing me to be the master of cerimonies.

There will be more of these events - the next one is scheduled for the Monday or Tuesday after Thanksgiving. One of the questions that Dr. Lock and others had is which day is best? Would someone prefer early in the week, say a Monday evening or later in the week on a Thursday or Friday night?
